§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by DISCOVER POLAND TOURS Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Zgodna 1, 32-600 Broszkowice, NIP: 5492440798 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

The online store is available at: www.villaoldtree.pl and is intended for booking and selling hotel and tourist services.

The Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the store’s website in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored.

§2. Definitions

• Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, making a purchase of services through the online store.
• Consumer – a Client who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
• Services – hotel, tourist, or other services offered by the Seller via the online store.
• Reservation – the conclusion of a service agreement through placing an order and its confirmation by the Seller.
• Online Store – the Seller’s website that enables Clients to place orders for services.

§3. Terms of Use

To use the store, the following are required:

• A device with Internet access,
• An up-to-date web browser,
• An active e-mail account.

The Client is obliged to use the store in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions.

§4. Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed 24/7.
• To place an order, the Client selects a service, specifies the reservation date, and fills in the order form.
• Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a service agreement between the Client and the Seller.
• After placing an order, the Client receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for processing.

§5. Payments

• Service prices are provided in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
• Available payment methods:
  • Bank transfer,
  • Online payment through electronic payment systems,
  • Other methods indicated during the ordering process.
• The execution of the reservation may be conditional upon prior payment in full or in part – as specified in the given offer.

§6. Withdrawal from the Contract

• The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, except for the cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, including services related to accommodation where a specific date or period of performance is indicated in the agreement.
• In case of cancellation after this period, the cancellation terms stated in the specific service offer apply.

§7. Complaints

• The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the performance of the service.
• Complaints should be submitted in writing or via e-mail to: manager@oldtreevilla.pl, within 14 days of the completion of the service.
• The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Client of the result.

§8. Personal Data and Privacy Policy

• The administrator of Clients’ personal data is DISCOVER POLAND TOURS Sp. z o.o.
• Data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment and settlement.
• The Client has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data.
• Details are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.

§9. Final Provisions

• In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and other applicable laws of Poland shall apply.
• The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions; amendments shall take effect upon publication on the store’s website.
• These Terms and Conditions are effective as of: 10.10.2025.
